Places to eat and drink around Coors Field

Baseball season is here and we wanted to give you some great spots to quench your thirst and grab some grub before or after the game.

Breckenridge Colorado Craft – A must before or after a Rockies game. Breckenridge Colorado Craft is conveniently located just two blocks north of the LoDo area with plenty of parking near by. Head here and enjoy the games on one of their many HDTVs while enjoying one of 32 American Craft Beers on tap.  Happy Hour daily from 11-3 $1 off Breckenridge beers, well drinks & house wine.

Falling Rock Tap House – Falling Rock is a neighborhood bar 1/2 a block from Coors Field with one of the most extensive and unique tap walls in all of Denver.  Featuring 80 taps and 130 bottled beers it’s no wonder this is a must for pre or post game celebrations.

Giggling Grizzly – Known as “The Grizz”, this college bar is a non stop party with cheap drinks and daily specials.  Their menu features the usual Burgers and dogs.

Jackson’s Sports Rock– Jackson’s is located across the street from Coors Field in Denver’s Historic LoDo district. Since the first pitch was thrown in 1995, Jackson’s has been one of the first choices for baseball fans and late night party-goers alike.  Enjoy an ice cold beer and fresh grilled burger hot off the grill, atop Denver’s largest outdoor rooftop patio.

Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant – At Rio Grande it’s all about their strong margaritas.  What better way to cool off pre or post game.  Located halfway between The Pepsi Center and Coors Field in LoDo, The Denver Rio is the perfect place to get your night, day or afternoon started.  Weekday Happy Hour from 3-6 $1 off Rio margaritas, $1 off Big Tex margaritas, $3 drafts, $3 tacos, $5 guacamole, chile con queso, and queso deluxe.

Sports Column – Voted one of the top 25 sports bars in America Sports Column is celebrating their 18th year of serving loyal Rockies fans.  They offer Happy Hour twice weekly from 3:30-6:30 and 10-2am $2.50 House Wine, Well Drinks, and Domestic Drafts / $3 Colorado Brewed Drafts / $4 Red Bull, Red Bull Jager Shots, Three-O Bomb Shots, and Three Olives Vodka Mixed Drinks.

The Celtic Tavern – Located Downtown just blocks from Coors Field and walking distance to any part of town is an Celtic Pub that is a must for the true experience of Denver. Live music every weekend.
