The Beer Spa | Denver, Colorado

The third beer spa in all the US will be opening its doors this coming March in Denver, Colorado. On the edge of Five Points, this spa will be offering a full list of beer-infused services, as well as a self-serve beer wall including wine and kombucha. Co-owner, Jessica French hits the nail on the head when she says, “The idea is to take a day spa and taproom and combine them into one location. Like a day spa for craft beer enthusiasts.” And I cannot think of a better way to relax on the weekend, then sitting in a beer bath, beer in hand. Yas.

The main spa service offered will be the Beer Bath Hydrotherapy – a 40-minute soak in unfermented beer. Unfermented beer contains no yeast which means, no pungent smell. What it does contain is a ton of vitamins and nutrients from the hops and barley! Co-owner, Damien Zouaoui claims that growing up in France, his grandparents used to wash their hair and skin with beer because it is filled with nutrients and B2. Want shiny, softer hair and skin? Bathe in beer!

More spa services include an infrared sauna infused with barley and hops, and zero-gravity massage chairs.

For $99 you can book an hour in a room which incudes the beer bath, sauna, and shower. With that purchase, you receive a $10 voucher to use in the taproom which features six beers on tap from local breweries, wine, and kombucha.

The Beer Spa will be open from 10 AM to 9 PM weekdays and 9 AM to 10PM on weekends.

Whether you’re a Denverite or plan on taking a trip out to Denver in the new year, make sure to add this Beer Spa to your list of places you MUST check out!

I wish the Beer Spa lots of luck on the launch and hope to visit soon!
