Valentine’s Cocktails

Whether it’s love you’re celebrating, or drinking to drown your sorrows this Valentine’s Day, we have the perfect cocktails for you! A nice table set for two, a delicious home-cooked dinner, and some fantastic cocktails? I couldn’t think of a more perfect night. You want to be careful going out on the town this Hallmark holiday! All restaurants typically jack up the prices to make an extra buck on you celebrating love. Now, that’s not fair. So impress the one you love, and shake up some of these delicious Valentine’s Day concoctions!

Good Night Kiss

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 4 oz. Champagne
  • Campari

Add a dash of Angostura bitters onto a sugar cube and drop it into a Champagne flute. Add 4 oz. of Champagne and top with Campari!

Billion Dollar Apple

  • ¾ oz. Crown Royal Regal Apple
  • ¾ oz. VS Cognac
  • 1 oz. sweet infused vermouth
  • ½ oz. grenadine
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz. cranberry juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with apple.

The Big Red

  • 2 oz. cinnamon-infused bourbon
  • ¼ oz. Manderine Napoleon
  • ¼ oz. Buto Americano

Fill mixing glass with ice, add ingredients, stir, and strain into glass.

Lady in Red

  • 2 oz. gin
  • ½ oz. strawberry puree
  • ¼ oz. Crème de Cassis
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice

Shake all ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Top with Champagne and garnish with a twist of lemon.

Love Buzz

  • 1 ½ oz. Absolut Original
  • ½ oz. Crème de Cacao
  • 1 oz. raspberry puree
  • 1 shot of room temp espresso

Shake all ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with chocolate.
