Aldi’s Whiskey Is a World Class Product

ALDI, the grocery store that saves grocers a buck by selling their own products just won an award for best whiskey in the world! ALDI, What?! First of all, I have never shopped at ALDI. Secondly, I had no idea that they made or sold alcohol. Third and last of all, would you assume Aldi, the cheapest grocery store ever would sell good whiskey? NOPE!

The Scotch Whisky Masters 2018 assessed many different whiskies from all regions, varieties, ages and prices.   The judges took part in a blind tasted that awarded 19 coveted Master medals.   The Aldi brand won two gold medals – one for its Highland Black Scotch Whisky and the other for its Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. The Highland Black has hints of strawberry leaf, lemon oil, and heather, while the Islay Malt is fresh and zesty! Both whiskies are under $25! That teaches you it’s not all about the price you pay, it’s about the product. Go out and get some today, it’s world class!
