The owners of One 53 also owns Lucy’s Raviolis in Princeton, NJ which guarantees fresh pasta dishes on the menu at all times. Dining at Rats is an experience that brings you in to Claude Monet’s beloved town of Giverny. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and a lily pond, sculptor Seward Johnson created a beautiful restaurant full of impressionist-inspired sculptures.   You can make a day out of this visit and start off walking through the Grounds for Sculpture and ending at Rat’s Restaurant for Lunch, Dinner, or Brunch.

Maritime Parc, Jersey City

Maritime Parc is located on New Jersey’s Liberty Landing Marina and has a modern spin on a classic coastal fish house. The executive chef and owner, Chris Siversen uses local, fresh, sustainable ingredients and spins them with bold flavors. Maritime Parc offers Hudson River views from every table and there is also a view of the kitchen, with its open plan kitchen. Also, there is a split-level stone patio outside that seats about 100 guests with a full service bar.
